Mubasher: Kuwait’s holdings of the US Treasury bonds decreased by 2.3% during June 2018 when compared to May.

On a monthly basis, Kuwait’s holdings of the US Treasury bonds declined to $42.9 billion in June 2018 compared to $43.9 billion in the prior month, according to the latest official data.

Annually, Kuwait’s holdings of the US treasuries increased by 34.9% when compared to $31.8 billion in June 2017.

The bonds varied as $39.02 billion on a long-term basis, while the short-term bonds totalled $3.85 billion.
